The following Privacy Policy describes how we, QODE Indonesia (PT. Advindo Premium Material and affiliates, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, store, use, process, retain, transfer, disclose, and protect your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy applies to all user of our application, web-services or products and all its functionalities (collectively, “QODE Service”) unless covered by a separate privacy policy.

Thanks for using QODE as a media to “Expand Yourself”!
At QODE Indonesia, we want to give you the best possible experience to ensure that you make fully use of our services. To do this we need you to understand several information that you might give us and personalize and how will it be used for you and for us. Keep in mind that your privacy and security of your personal data is and will always be an important part to us. Hence, we want to fully disclose how and why we gather, store, share and use your personal data – as well as outline the controls and choices you have around when and how you choose to share your personal data.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) will explain what we mean in further detail below.
2. About This Policy
This Policy sets out the essential details relating to your personal data relationship with QODE Indonesia. The Policy applies to all QODE Services and any associated future services of QODE Services. The terms governing your use of QODE Services are defined in our Terms & Condition (“QODE Terms & Condition”).
We may develop new or offer additional service in the future. If the introduction of these new or additional service result in any material change to the way we collect or process your personal data, we will provide you with more information or additional terms or policies. Unless stated otherwise when we introduce these new or additional services, they will be subject to this Policy.
The aim of this policy is to:

- Explain about your rights in relation to the personal data that you share
3. Information That You Share With Us
3.1 Basic Account Information
Some of QODE Services do not require you to create an account, such as viewing public web-profile. To create and manage a page, user need to create an account and if you do choose to create an account, you must provide us with some personal data so that we can provide our services to you. We use Sign-up with Google, Connect with Facebook, Sign in with Apple (collectively, the “Sign-up Methods”) in which we will collect your name and email address or phone number. Your display name are always public, but you can use either your real name or a pseudonym. You can also create and manage multiple QODE accounts, for example for difference businesses that you manage.
3.2 Public Information
Most activity using QODE Services is public, including your profile information, your time zone and language, when you created your account, and the information that you upload including the date and time. You may choose to hide certain the information which consist of page links, website links, images, graphics or text (collectively, the “Cards”).
You are responsible for your Cards and other information you provide through our services, and you should think carefully about what you make public, especially if it is sensitive information. If you update your public information through QODE Services, such as deleting a Card or deactivating your account, we will reflect your updated content on all QODE Services including your web pages and your application (QODE for iOS, and QODE for Android)
By publicly posting content when you update your Cards, you are directing us to disclose that information as broadly as possible.
3.3 Payment Information
We redirect all payments by using other payment methods which include Apple Pay and Google Play (collectively, “Payment Portals”). This is necessary in order for you to purchase and use all functionality of QODE Services.
3.4 How you control the information you share with us
In the QODE Services we let you decide:
- Whether your Card are publicly viewable on QODE Services
- To delete a Card and edit a Card that are publicly viewable on QODE Services
3.5 Additional information we receive from you
Several information that we received from you include:
- Cookies, a small piece of data that is stored on your computer or mobile device.
- Personalizing based on your Account, your data and settings on your account are saved within the QODE Services.
4. What We Use Your Personal Data For
When you use or interact with QODE Services, we use variety of technologies to process and collect the personal data. These personal data are important for QODE Services to run well which are used for these purposes:
- To provide identification when you interact with QODE Services.
- To remember and save your customization when you interact with QODE Services.
- To comply with legal obligations and law enforcement requests.
- To conduct business planning, reporting, and forecasting.
- To process your payment.
- To detect fraud, including fraudulent payments and fraudulent use of QODE Services.
- To conduct research, contests, surveys, and sweepstakes.
5. Data Retention And Deletion
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to provide you with QODE Services and for legitimate and essential business purposes, such as maintaining the performance of QODE Services, making data-driven business decision about new features and offerings, complying with our legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We keep some of your personal data for as long as you are a user of QODE Services. For example, your profile, your web pages and your Content.
If you request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data so that it no longer identifies you, unless we are legally allowed or required to maintain certain personal data, including situations such as the following:
- If there is an unresolved issue relating to your account, such as outstanding credit on your account or an unresolved claim or dispute we will retain the necessary personal data until the issue is resolved;
- Where we need to retain the personal data for our legal, tax, audit, and accounting obligations, we will retain the necessary personal data for the period required by applicable law; and/or,
- Where necessary for our legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention or to maintain the security of our users.
6. Security Of Your Personal Information
Confidentiality of your personal information is of utmost importance to us. We will use all reasonable efforts to protect and secure your personal information against access, collection, use or disclosure by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage or similar risks. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information which you transmit over the internet, nor guarantee that such personal information would not be intercepted, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by unauthorized third parties, due to factors beyond our control. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and you must not share your account details including your password to the Sign-up Methods. Never share your password with anyone. And we suggest you limit access to your devices to access QODE Services.
7. Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may occasionally make changes to this Policy. When we make material changes to this Policy, we’ll provide you with prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances. Please, therefore, make sure you read any such notice carefully.
